Wow, it's been a while since I updated!

Where to begin?

Let's see. When I last blogged, we were unsure if Hal was going to be layed-off. Well, thank goodness he was not! His job is secure, and he has actually switched shifts. He went from working Graveyard to working 2pm to 11pm. Which is nice actually because he isn't sleeping all weekend when he is home, and he is much more chipper when he is around than he was while working graveyard shift.

We moved into a new place at the end of April/early May. It is fantastic here. We are in a better place, right next to a park and on a lake. It is great here and closer to Hal's work!

Sabrina turned 3 on May 16th and I had a birthday on May 8th. It was great fun to be celebrating in our new home!

We have a 4-legged edition to our family! Ava the miniature pinscher! She is awesome. She is 3 years old and is just a great little dog. She is so devoted to Hal, it is adorable.

Lillian finished Kindergarten this year!!! June 15th was her last day of school. It was so awesome to share the new experiences of education with her. She also lost her first tooth on June 17th!

This whole year has been filled with alot of firsts for us! It has been a great year of discovery!

I promise to start blogging more often, lol.

Much love,

Hal, Andrea, Lillian and Sabrina

Where we are at

Right now we're living in Marysville, Washington.
Hal is working at Boeing and we are anxiously awaiting word on the layoff situation to see what our situation will be. Hopefully, he will be one of the lucky ones and then he will be able to go back to school to finish his degree.
Lillian is in Kindergarten now, and is doing great! We are doing a co-op elementary and the program is fantastic! I get to be in the class-room 1 day a week and be involved in what she is learning. The program is excellent. Lillian's teacher, Mrs. Green is the best teacher. She really cares about her students and has such a wonderful way of teaching them. Lillian is reading, writing, and doing simple math now. I am so proud of her!
Sabrina is 2 and a half. She is getting better with counting and her ABC's. She also initiated potty training! Which is AWESOME! She is doing very well, but I think that this is going to be a slower process than it was with her older sister.
I am just trying to work on my New Year's resolutions and keeping the house running. If all goes well with the layoff situation, I hope to get started with some online courses soon. It's about time I start working on a degree!!
Hope all is well with all of you!
